Your Role:
- You will support the Head of IT in developing and maintaining the IT strategy and deputise when required.
- You will design, architect and deliver secure and cost-effective technology solutions aligned to business needs.
- You will manage IT infrastructure, platforms, connectivity and cloud services to ensure availability, performance and security.
- You will act as project manager and change manager, ensuring best practice delivery and excellent customer experience.
- You will manage third-party suppliers and service partners to ensure value, security and contractual compliance.
- You are responsible for major incident, disaster recovery, vulnerability management and continual service improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: You will have ITIL awareness, Microsoft certification, strong technical expertise and project management experience or qualification.
- Experience: You will have experience engaging stakeholders in technology change, delivering IT platforms with measurable business benefit, and providing technical delivery and support across infrastructure, service and security.
- Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, strong planning and problem-solving ability, and be a strong team player, comfortable with motivating and delivering through others.
- Experience & Knowledge: Successful delivery of significant technology adoption and change initiatives. Implementation of IT platforms and tools delivering clear customer and business benefit. Strong technical delivery and support experience across infrastructure, service management and security.
- Desirable: Degree or equivalent in a computing, engineering, mathematics or business-related discipline. Knowledge of information security, audit and IT service management.
- Skills: Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent supplier and stakeholder management skills. Ability to anticipate risks, mitigate negative user impact and drive continual improvement.
