Your Role:
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Tidworth and Bulford Asset and Data Team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. You will maintain accurate documentation, support data integrity, and facilitate smooth operational workflows. You will adhere to ADSL’s Values and Standards and comply with company management policies and procedures. You will prepare and organise pre-survey documentation for monthly allocated asset condition survey work orders, including compiling relevant files and ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will develop RHFI pre-survey documentation and mapping, ensuring all required data is captured and formatted correctly for operational use.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: A minimum of five GCSE level, or equivalent, including Grade C in English Language and Maths is essential for this role. Computer Literacy.
Experience: It is essential to have proven experience of office administration work for this role, preferably within a technical environment. In addition, excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and spoken, are required. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (particularly Excel), the ability to show initiative and maintain accuracy when completing tasks are also key for this role.
Skills: The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain positive, constructive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders are needed traits for this role. In addition, fostering a cooperative working environment by demonstrating strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to shared objectives are also necessary skills.
