Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:

You will provide effective administrative and supervisory support to the department and Business Manager. You will manage correspondence, calls, mail, records and filing systems, ensuring information is accurate and secure. You will produce and manage documentation in line with organisational and defence information standards. You will maintain and update systems and databases, including SharePoint and other administrative platforms. You will coordinate meetings, including minute taking and associated administration for senior stakeholders. You are responsible for completing tasking in line with contractual requirements and supporting wider team objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) and advanced level experience of Excel and intermediate-level experience in Microsoft Office packages.

Experience: Experienced administrative professional with a strong track record in team leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Skills: Organised, proactive professional with strong communication, IT, and literacy skills. Detail-oriented, ethical, and creative in solving problems and prioritising tasks.
