Salary: Up to £28,700 per annum
Hours: 37.7 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:
- You will be organising, planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure work is completed efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.
- You will be proactively monitoring and allocating work to engineers, ensuring tasks created by the Help Desk are assigned and completed within required timescales.
- You will be communicating with maintenance teams and stakeholders, updating records and acting as a focal point for job-related enquiries.
- You will be maintaining accurate maintenance records, creating schedules and supporting compliance with planned maintenance requirements.
- You will be responding to changing operational requirements, coordinating resources and supporting full operational coverage.
- You will be promoting safe working practices, following health, safety and environmental procedures, and supporting the Safety First culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: You will hold GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics and be able to work effectively within an administrative and customer-focused environment.
- Experience: You will have demonstrated experience in office administration, strong organisational and communication abilities, proficient keyboard skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Skills: You will have excellent communication, customer service, planning and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to analyse information, manage schedules and work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
