Join our Team as a Post Room Messenger at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL). Are you ready to join a dynamic team where innovation thrives? Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Post Room Messenger to be part of our exciting journey.
Salary: Up to £25,100 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Larkhill

Your Role:
- Complete postal deliveries and collections of incoming/outgoing mail from departments/units and distribute/deliver, including parcels.
- Sort and distribute all outgoing mail/parcels into various mail bags for collection by Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
- Maintain the fleet vehicle in line with ADSL processes and procedures, including regular checks.
- Liaise with all customers, the Authority and other users to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Input and maintain accurate information in IT systems such as MODNet and ADSL systems.
- Carry out any additional duties as reasonably required by the Office Services Team Leader.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths. Full clean driving licence.
- Experience: Strong administrative and organisational skills with flexibility to prioritise tasks. Experience working in a face-to-face customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. A practical, proactive approach with strong initiative.
