Salary: Rates dependent on classes taught: Aerobics Class - £29.66 per class, Pilates - £36.90 per class.
Location: Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre.

Your Role:
- Follow the predetermined class timetable, preparing and delivering high-quality classes while effectively communicating with members.
- Ensure all clients are taught safe and effective exercises in accordance with the centre's Standards & Procedures.
- Prepare activity areas before each class and ensure all equipment is returned to its designated area afterward.
- Complete all mandatory training within the required deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English, a nationally recognised level 3 Industry Qualification. A Personal Training Qualification and a First Aid at Work Qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience: Have excellent communication and organisation skills, be a positive, logical thinker, who is self-motivated with exceptional Customer Service skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Packages is required.
- Skills: Works effectively with others and maintains constructive relationships within the team, across the business and externally. Communicates clearly and uses effective methods to deliver the message. Is committed to putting customers first and delivering a high-quality service that meets or exceeds expectations of both internal and external customers. Understands how ADSL operates and the impact that actions and decisions have on the business and is committed to Safety First – Always and the drive for continual improvement in this area.
- DBS clearance check is required with renewal every three years.
