Assisted Medicare Services Limited is recruiting experienced Domiciliary Care Workers to provide person-centred care and support to people in their own homes in Leicester.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and professional individuals who respect people's dignity, privacy, independence and personal choices. You will support service users in line with their individual care plans, promote their safety and wellbeing, and help them maintain their independence at home.
Duties may include assisting with personal care, dressing, washing, mobility, meal preparation, hydration, medication support where trained and authorised, and recording care delivered. You will also be expected to recognise and report changes in a person's condition, follow safeguarding and infection prevention procedures, maintain accurate records, and report concerns or incidents promptly.
Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, subject to service requirements and agreed working arrangements.
