Aspire Care North West Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our team at our therapeutic children’s home. You will play a vital role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them to feel safe, valued, and empowered to achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to young people in a residential setting.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with young people.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people (residential care preferred).
  • A caring, resilient, and patient nature.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
