Aspire Academy is seeking an Education & Welfare Support Officer to join our pastoral team, supporting some of our most vulnerable students—from improving attendance and behaviour to providing emotional wellbeing, safeguarding and targeted one-to-one support.
This is a varied role where you’ll build trusted relationships with students and families, work with staff and external agencies, and help young people access the support they need to thrive.
