We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join the team at Aspire Academy Glasgow this summer, supporting our busy operations from our Hillington office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or someone looking for flexible, short-term work during the summer break. You’ll be working behind the scenes to help us keep things running smoothly — from processing online orders to supporting customers and ensuring our workspace is organised and efficient.
You’ll be based at our Hillington location, working Monday to Friday, between 16 to 30 hours per week depending on weekly demand. The role runs from 26th June to 13th August 2025 (inclusive) and offers hands-on experience in both retail and administrative support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and packing online orders with care and efficiency
- Organising and managing stock
- Processing customer sales and preparing items for dispatch
- Responding to customer queries and offering support when needed
- Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace
- Assisting the wider team with admin and operational tasks
