As a Freelance Digital Learning Specialist / Digital Tutors at Aspire 2Be, you will be at the forefront of transforming learning experiences through innovative digital learning solutions. You will design, develop, and deliver cutting‑edge digital learning solutions that enhance the overall learning experience for our customers.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional digital learning experiences for our customers.
- Deliver a range of in person digital skills training programmes to customers of varying confidence/competence.
- Deliver high‑quality digital skills training across multiple platforms and disciplines.
- Design and develop interactive learning content using modern digital tools and methodologies.
- Support learners in achieving technical certifications and digital competencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure programme quality and relevance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into learning delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to learners, ensuring positive outcomes and progression.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in e‑learning and educational technology, recommending enhancements to current practices.
- Occupational competence in the education/learning and development and/or skills sector.
- Strong digital competence and experience delivering digital skills training.
- Excellent knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and pedagogical approaches.
- Ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt delivery to different contexts.
- Full UK Driving Licence with Business Cover Insurance (A copy of your insurance will be requested upon offer).
- Experience delivering Skills Bootcamps and programmes funded through Adult Skills Funding.
- Knowledge of technical disciplines such as: Cloud computing, Cyber security, Software development, AI / Machine Learning, Data Science/Engineering.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status or equivalent.
- TAQA or IQA qualifications.
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment for digital programmes.
- EWC registered.
- Certifications in relevant areas e.g. Certified Trainer Status (Google/Microsoft/Apple).
- 30 days annual leave package which includes Christmas shutdown and day off for Birthday.
- Additional holiday accrued after 2 years' service starting from 1 day per year up to a maximum of 5 days.
- 45p per mile mileage allowance.
- Early finish on a Friday Rejuven8' time.
