Do you have experience of working with challenging behaviour? We are looking for experienced Support Workers who have experience of working with mental health and learning disabilities.
We are looking for two full time team members to join our team in Ashford , who are passionate about supporting individuals within the community to enjoy a fulfilling and independent life.
Being a Support Worker in social care is very rewarding. It gives you the opportunity to meet great people and be part of something truly amazing. We encourage every person we look after to follow their dreams; to live independently and we help them achieve their personal goals.
Applicants must be willing to drive a company vehicle to assist service users to be able to go out to different places., As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism.

Help with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, cooking and general household tasks

Participate in hobbies, supporting with social engagements and enabling our people to live their best life

Administer medication as required

Complete daily care plans

Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and to protect the adults’ rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect

Previous experience of working with mental health and learning disabilities is advantageous
