The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
You will play a key role in the service; using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team, providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism.
You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as:

Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.

Assisting with budgeting and shopping.

Supporting our people to access the community; including social activites and appointments

Supporting with personal care.

Assisting with medication.

Encouraging and promoting independence
