We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our dedicated night team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. This is a critical and rewarding role for someone who thrives under pressure, remains calm in crisis, and is driven to make a lasting impact.

Your Role: Stability, Safety, and Empowerment

  • As a key member of our waking night support team, you will provide consistent 1:1 care, ensuring safety, routine, and dignity throughout the night.
  • Supporting structured routines and meaningful engagement
  • Assisting with personal care, wellbeing, and domestic tasks
  • Implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies to de-escalate behaviours
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including care plans and risk assessments
  • Promoting community inclusion and fostering independence

What We\'re Looking For

  • Minimum of 6 months\' experience supporting individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge
  • A calm, resilient, and emotionally mature approach
  • Working knowledge of PBS and person-centred care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to professionalism, empathy, and safety in all situations
  • Please note: This role is for a Female Support Worker only (as permitted under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9).
