Responsibilities

As Cluster Team Manager, you will:

• Lead and supervise support staff within the cluster.
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care for residents with complex needs.
• Coordinate schedules, rota, and overtime opportunities.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching and professional development.
• Collaborate with clinical, social, and management teams to improve outcomes.
• Maintain safeguarding and safeguard compliance with DBS requirements.
