Part-Time Support Worker (Driver Essential)
Location: Liscard, Wirral, Cheshire
Pay: £12.26 per hour
Contract: Permanent - Part Time (20 hours)

Your Role in a Nutshell: As a Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised care and encouragement to help individuals build life skills and grow in confidence. From supporting with daily routines to planning social outings, you’ll be part of a close-knit team making a lasting impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- Encourage independence and build meaningful relationships
- Support with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and appointments
- Help individuals participate in community and social activities
- Accurately record care plans, risk assessments, and progress
- Be a calm, consistent, and reliable presence
