Overview

You will work as a support worker providing daily assistance to residents and will be responsible for driving them to appointments and facilities as part of the care plan.

Responsibilities

  • Support residents in planning and preparing meals, bathing and dressing, and other daily living activities.
  • Provide transport to medical appointments, social activities and any other outings required.
  • Assist with life-skills such as cooking, budgeting and household tasks.
  • Encourage positive engagement and build trusting relationships with residents.
  • Work closely with the support team, sharing information and making decisions that benefit the resident.

Qualifications & Attributes
