Aspirations Care is excited to launch a intensive support service in Ellesmere Port, and we\'re looking for passionate, committed Full-Time Support Workers to help build our brand new service from the ground up! This is your chance to play a vital role in shaping a high-quality care environment from day one.
As a Support Worker, you’ll be empowering adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs to live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy life to the fullest.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting adults is desirable but not essential – full training is provided.
A compassionate, proactive, and resilient nature.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Adaptability in challenging situations.
A good sense of humour and a genuine passion for care.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing personalised support with daily tasks like dressing, cooking, and cleaning.
Encouraging social engagement, hobbies, and community activities.
Supporting independence and learning of new life skills.
Administering medication and completing daily care plans.
Promoting safeguarding and the right to live free from abuse or neglect.
Working collaboratively within a supportive and skilled team.
