What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader who is :

Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

A driver with access to their own vehicle (essential for travel between services)

Experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions

Skilled in managing teams, developing staff, and driving service improvements

Passionate about person-centred care and positive outcomes

️ A Day in the Life of a Cluster Team Manager

You’ll oversee multiple services, supporting your teams to deliver exceptional care. Your day might include coaching staff, reviewing care plans, liaising with families and professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll lead by example, inspire confidence, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
