Join Aspirations Care – Where Leadership Meets Compassion. For this role, you have to be a driver (essential) as you will be travelling to our services in Folkestone/Margate/Hythe and covering them. Desired BSL (British Sign Language) is not essential as training will be given.

- Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- A driver with access to their own vehicle (essential for travel between services)
- Experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions
- Skilled in managing teams, developing staff, and driving service improvements
