We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential support to our Head of Resourcing and wider HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves organisation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day is different — and every day makes a difference. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations and employee processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the HR and Resourcing teams
- Maintaining accurate employee records, files, and databases with confidentiality
- Preparing and managing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Assisting with onboarding and compliance paperwork for new starters
- Taking clear and professional notes during meetings
- Supporting HR processes such as absence tracking, performance reviews, and training records
- Helping to organise diaries, meetings, and internal communications
Your work will ensure our people processes run efficiently — allowing our teams to focus on what matters most: supporting the individuals in our care.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administration who’s keen to develop their skills within HR. You’ll need to have:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using systems and software (e.g. MS Office, spreadsheets, databases)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- An interest in HR and people support would be an advantage
