Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of joinery work on high-end residential properties.
- Erect and install timber frames to required specifications.
- Complete plasterboarding and associated finishing work.
- Undertake general house-building and construction duties.
- Measure, cut and assemble timber and other materials accurately.
- Follow technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.
- Work effectively alongside other trades on site to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Joiner within residential construction.
- Strong all-round joinery skills.
- Previous experience with timber frame construction.
- Experience with plasterboarding is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Relevant trade qualifications or experience preferred.
- Own tools and reliable transport are advantageous
