Showroom Sales Consultant opportunity to join an innovative, design-led business based in Kilmarnock. Specialising in high-end bathroom solutions and immersive 4D virtual design tools, this role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, market-leading brands, and a growing e-commerce presence.

Showroom Sales Consultant Benefits:

  • Earn a base salary of £26,000 per year, with uncapped commission at 5% of all sales. There’s no limit to what you can earn – performance is rewarded directly through commission.
  • Sell top-quality products including digital showers, jacuzzis, and fully interactive VR design experiences with headset and theatre displays.
  • Work in a state-of-the-art showroom featuring live product demos, interactive 4D design software, and virtual reality technology to support customer consultations.
  • Core hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, with only a half-day Saturday (10am – 1pm) required on a rota basis.
  • Support customers from anywhere in the UK – products are shipped directly from suppliers without location restrictions.

Consultant’s Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers in the showroom, guiding them through product selection and design using virtual reality tools.
  • Provide expert advice on colour schemes, layout, and product combinations.
  • Work with market-leading bathroom brands and the company’s own online range.
