Responsibilities
- Load and unload metal components onto and from production trolleys
- Operate and load the pre-treatment washing system
- Prepare items for coating by correctly hanging materials on jigs
- Apply powder coating to aluminium components to required specifications
- Operate the box oven, including loading and unloading finished items
- Apply protective coverings or tape to completed products
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Provide support across other production areas as required
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in line with 5S standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement
