The predicted salary is between 18 - 20 £ per hour.

Plumber, Central Belt with some travel to the Borders and Dundee, £18.00 to £20.00 per hour DOE + Travel time, no fuel costs, Constant OT available paid at x1.5.

Responsibilities:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (paid 40 hours per week)
  • Engineers must arrive on site by 8:00am
  • Carry out reactive maintenance and repair work, including:
    • Leak detection and repairs
    • Water heater leaks
    • Internal toilet repairs and blocked toilets
    • Waste pipe replacements
  • Complete all jobs efficiently across a mobile patch (primarily Central Belt, with some work in Aberdeen, Perth, and Dundee)
  • Accurately log all work using a PDA system
  • Ensure detailed job notes and photographic evidence are recorded upon completion
  • Work across a range of sites:
    • 95% commercial and retail (including shopping centres)
    • 5% student accommodation, social housing, and domestic properties

  • Full UK driving licence (licence check required)
  • Time-served engineer
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Own tools required
  • Strong attention to detail for job reporting and documentation
