Responsibilities
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 7:00am–5:30pm
- Potential Friday and Saturday overtime available at 1.5x hourly rate as production demands increase.
- Operate workshop machinery including cutting, drilling, bending, and fabrication equipment
- Manufacture and assemble concrete mixer components to specification
- Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production schedules
- Carry out basic machine checks and routine maintenance
- Perform quality inspections and report defects when identified
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including PPE requirements
