Salary: £45,000 DOE + OT paid at 1.5x.
Responsibilities:- Carry out installation, servicing, and PPM on split systems, multi-split systems, and VRV/VRF equipment.
- Diagnose faults and complete reactive repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Work on chillers and refrigeration equipment where required.
- Replace components including compressors, motors, sensors, and control boards.
- Ensure all work complies with F-Gas regulations, Health & Safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Complete job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain clear records of refrigerant usage and parts replacement.
- Liaise professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Support junior engineers and work collaboratively with the wider engineering team.
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent).
- F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification.
- Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience within commercial HVAC and refrigeration environments.
- Experience with chillers, split systems, and VRV/VRF units.
- Skilled in brazing and metal component repair.
- Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently.
