Responsibilities
- Install, service and fault-find on split, VRV/VRF and multi-split air conditioning systems
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive callouts
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and effectively
- Ensure all work meets relevant health and safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Proven experience working with a range of air conditioning systems
- Refrigeration experience is preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
