Responsibilities

  • Install, service and fault-find on split, VRV/VRF and multi-split air conditioning systems
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive callouts
  • Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure all work meets relevant health and safety regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent
  • F-Gas certification (essential)
  • Proven experience working with a range of air conditioning systems
  • Refrigeration experience is preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
