We are currently seeking two experienced Multi Skilled Operatives with backgrounds in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades to join our clients busy and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out a variety of reactive maintenance and repair works across building, tiling, civils, and wet trades
  • Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests
  • Diagnose issues and complete repairs to a high standard
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate job records and communicate progress effectively
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working on-site
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider operational team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades essential
  • Multi-skilled trade experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, high-volume reactive environment
  • Strong practical, problem-solving, and fault-finding skills
  • Good communication and customer service abilities
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage workloads independently
