Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (paid 40 hours per week)
- Engineers must arrive on site by 8:00am
- Carry out reactive maintenance and repair work, including:
- Leak detection and repairs
- Water heater leaks
- Internal toilet repairs and blocked toilets
- Waste pipe replacements
- 95% commercial and retail (including shopping centres)
- 5% student accommodation, social housing, and domestic properties
