Painter & Decorator, Temp to Perm, Competitive Salary, Overtime Available, Company Van Benefits * Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential * Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm * 40 hours paid per week * Overtime and travel paid at 1.5x the standard hourly rate * Travel time paid after the first 30 minutes and before the final 30 minutes of the day * Company van and fuel card provided for business use * Regular work across a varied range of commercial and retail properties Responsibilities * Complete painting and decorating work internally and externally * Prepare surfaces and carry out finishing work to a high standard * Complete general property maintenance and minor repairs where required * Additional work such as tiling, plastering, patching or minor carpentry would be beneficial * Work across shopping centres, commercial properties and other sites * Travel between sites as required * Attend sites promptly for an 8:00am start * Work independently while maintaining a professional standard of workmanship Requirements * Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator * Good knowledge of painting and decorating techniques * Reliable, professional and able to work independently * Full UK driving licence, subject to licence check * Own tools suitable for the role * Additional trade skills such as tiling, plastering, carpentry or general building would be an advantage but are not essential * Comfortable travelling between different sites
