Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm.
- Paid 40 hours per week.
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Engineers required on-site for 8:00am start.
- Leak detection and repairs.
- Water heater and system leaks.
- Internal toilet repairs and blocked toilets.
- Waste pipe replacements.
- Work across a mix of sites: 95% commercial and retail and 5% student accommodation, social housing, and domestic.
- Accurately log all work via PDA system.
- Provide detailed job notes and photographic evidence for completed tasks.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance at all times.
- May be required to undertake other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Time-served plumbing engineer.
- Full UK driving licence (mandatory).
- Must be 25+ for insurance purposes.
- Own tools required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using PDA/mobile systems for job tracking.
- Driving licence check will be completed during onboarding.
