Mobile Electrical Engineer, Commercial Facilities (Scotland), £42,500 - £44,500 DOE, Full‑Time, Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems across multiple commercial sites
- Diagnose faults and complete reactive electrical repairs with minimal downtime
- Ensure all electrical installations are safe, compliant, and fully operational
- Undertake testing and inspection in line with 2391 standards
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and commissioning of new systems
- Maintain professional client communication during site visits
- Complete job reports, test certificates, timesheets, and material usage records
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 2391 Testing & Inspection Certification (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (advantageous)
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across Scotland
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience in facilities management or mobile engineering (preferred)
Desirable Skills (Solar & EV):
- Solar PV installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis
- Inverter systems and DC string testing knowledge
- EV charging installation and maintenance (commercial)
- Understanding of OLEV/OZEV guidelines, load management, and commissioning
