Warehouse Operative, Temp to Perm, £16.38 per hour DOE, Coatbridge Benefits * Temp-to-perm opportunity * £16.38 per hour * Monday to Friday working * Consistent shift patterns * Full-time hours * Opportunity for long-term employment Responsibilities * Day Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. * Back Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. * Checking goods received from suppliers, arriving three times per day * Accurately checking deliveries against relevant information * Placing goods into the correct goods-in bins for customer orders * Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently * Checking picked orders to ensure all items are correct * Passing completed orders to the production team * Preparing and dispatching goods for delivery * Maintaining accuracy and organisation throughout the warehouse * Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements * Previous warehouse experience is essential * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good organisational skills * Reliable and punctual * Ability to follow processes and instructions * Physically capable of carrying out warehouse duties
