Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial environments.
- Work on lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system.
- Liaise with clients to ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition qualification.
- Recognised apprenticeship (SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services preferred but not essential.
