This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator with experience working on steel staircases, external staircases, and access ramps.
You'll be involved in the fabrication and welding of high-quality steelwork for a range of projects.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and MIG weld structural steel components.
- Manufacture steel staircases, external staircases, and access ramps to specification.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and weld steel components accurately.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
- Proven MIG welding experience.
- Previous experience fabricating steel staircases.
- Experience working on external staircases and steel access ramps.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
