Responsibilities

• Manage sales ledger, invoices, and reconciliations
• Monitor and chase overdue payments
• Resolve client and internal account queries
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Support month-end and year-end processes
• Assist with ad hoc finance tasks

Requirements

• Experience in credit control or sales ledger (construction/manufacturing preferred)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero)
• Organised, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
