Aspirare is looking for a proactive Engineering Administrator to partner with our Engineering Manager in a fast-paced factory setting. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, possess strong attention to detail, and provide vital support for daily engineering operations. Key Responsibilities: * Support HVAC engineers with routine maintenance and servicing of Air Handling Units (AHUs) to ensure optimal system performance * Clean, replace, and maintain filters, coils, and belts following manufacturer guidelines and best practices * Perform mechanical tasks including lubrication and general upkeep of HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns Strictly comply with health and safety regulations and site-specific protocols to maintain a safe working environment * Identify, troubleshoot, and report HVAC system faults or potential issues promptly to minimize downtime * Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized to support efficient operations Essential Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role within a factory or engineering environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skill Benefits: * Competitive salary within the range of Β£26,000 β Β£28,000 per annum * Monday to Friday, regular daytime hours with no weekend work * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Opportunity to work closely with experienced engineering professionals * Chance to develop skills in engineering administration and factory operations * Paid holiday entitlement and statutory benefits Note: Only applicants with the right to work in the UK will be considered.
