Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM and internal systems to accurately track and manage all quotations
  • Generate real-time reports and manage spreadsheets to monitor quote status and submission progress
  • Develop and oversee efficient, PPC-style quote funnels from initial inquiry through to client acceptance
  • Support the preparation and delivery of competitive, cost-effective service quotations as needed
  • Coordinate and assign jobs to in-house engineers or subcontractors using internal scheduling systems
  • Keep client portals fully updated with the latest information on quotations and work order progress

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail in data entry, and skilled in producing accurate, insightful reports
