We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic plant environment, carrying out general maintenance and fault-finding on a range of equipment, including moulding machines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, steam boilers, and compressed air systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Perform general maintenance on moulding machines, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam boilers, and compressed air systems.
  • Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Carry out scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
  • Work 2-3 weekends per year as required to support operational needs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Time-served mechanical engineer with proven hands-on experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with compressed air systems.
  • Familiarity with steam boilers (advantageous but not essential).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
