Position: Temp-to-Perm

Location: Rutherglen

Pay Rate: £16.86 per hour (Temp); Charge Rate: £21.08 per hour (after 13 weeks, Perm)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

60% Logistics: Manage incoming merchandise from suppliers in Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, and other regions. Coordinate shipping via air or sea, making strategic decisions based on seasonal demands (summer/winter) to ensure timely delivery. Liaise with suppliers and log all activities in the CRM system, Netsweep (full training provided).

40% Customer Service: Provide customers with shipping updates, maintain clear communication, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Essential Skills:

Strong mid-to-senior level communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of sea and air freight operations

This role requires excellent decision-making and organizational skills to balance logistics and customer service responsibilities effectively.
