An experienced Facilities Technician is required to join a leading FM company, based on a popular site in Aberdeen. The Facilities Technician will handle all planned and reactive maintenance across the premises working with an onsite facilities team.
Facilities Technician will receive:
- Salary of £33,000- £35,000 per annum
- Excellent company pension scheme.
- Opportunities for training and professional development.
Facilities Technician daily duties include:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
- Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
- Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
- Water hygiene tasks including water temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and weekly flushing of outlets.
- Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
