Service Engineer, Glasgow, Salary up to £40,000 per annum, OTE £50K! + company van & tools!
7.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Service Engineer required to work for our client, a leading M&E services provider in Glasgow. This role involves working with alongside a team of highly skilled individuals on electrical projects on sites around the central belt.
Service Engineer Responsibilities:
- Working on submersible pumps, booster sets, pump stations, inverters covering HVAC / building services. Manufacturer specific training will be provided.
- Carry out risk assessments on each job as required and raise any concerns with line manager.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work is carried out in an efficient, safe manner and in line with current H&S legislation
- Setting up and commissioning of new equipment.
- Inspection & fault finding on pumps and pump systems.
Service Engineer Requirement’s:
- Qualifications in an electrical/mechanical discipline
- Proven ability to fault find in a range of demanding environments
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to think on own initiative
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
