Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer, Manchester, £40,000–£50,000 per annum | OTE + Overtime + Van + Fuel Card + Paid Travel Time

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a reputable and growing Facilities Management company operating in the Manchester area. Location: Manchester and surrounding areas

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (On-Target Earnings exceeding £50,000)

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of air conditioning systems.
• Servicing and maintaining systems such as VRVs, VRFs, split units, and AHUs
• Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns across commercial premises
• Performing general maintenance duties across various commercial sites

Requirements:

• Previous experience in both planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems
• Valid F-Gas 2079 Certification
• NVQ Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Full UK driving license
• Strong background within the Facilities Management sector
