AspiraCloud is seeking another highly skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in Microsoft 365 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on technical leadership, practical delivery and advanced support to our customers, ensuring the successful implementation and management of Microsoft 365 solutions and projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. A sound understanding of Microsoft Intune is essential and other technologies will be a bonus. You must also be an excellent communicator as you will be required to work onsite directly with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership and Delivery: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring the successful implementation and management of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in various projects, including migrations, setups, and integrations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including setup details, migration plans, and status reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations department and other teams to ensure seamless integration and support of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Training: Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to customers and internal teams on Microsoft 365 best practices.
- Security: Manage and monitor security measures, including privileged identity management and app protection policies.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve advanced customer issues related to Microsoft 365, including email access, account setup, and security access in a third line support role.
- Education: NVQ Level 4 or above.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with project management and documentation. Knowledge of security measures and best practices in Microsoft 365.
- Certifications: Willing to work towards a range of Microsoft Certified qualifications.
- Experience with migration tools and processes, such as BitTitan and ShareGate.
- Experience of Azure IAAS.
- Market Awareness: A willingness to demonstrate skills relevant to a modern cloud experience and knowledge of how that can help an enterprise is desirable.
