To support our growing customer base, we are looking to hire a number of M365 Cloud Support Engineers to improve the level of excellent support we already provide. You will be a front-line representative for our company for clients seeking technical support particularly around M365, Windows 11, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and general IT support. Your approach to helping them will be crucial.

If you are used to using your initiative, comfortable talking to customers, enthusiastic and technically inclined, can work independently from home without constant supervision, and have a good knowledge of SharePoint and Teams, then show us what you’ve got and let’s talk.
We are not looking for a fully trained expert, but you must be interested in:
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Online
- Teams
- MDM and Azure Entra ID
- Customer relations and customer services
- IT and technology in general
You will work from home, and much of your day will be spent in front of a computer speaking to people, so your communication skills will be as important, if not more, than your current tech skill level.

What will the job involve?
- Answering telephone calls from customers requiring technical support.
- Managing our online customer-facing support ticket system.
- Triaging requests requiring escalation.
- Building effective customer rapport to identify future opportunities.
- A repair service for technical requests not suitable for escalation.
- Time recording and record keeping.
- Communicating with customers and team members to keep relevant parties informed of the status of their request.
This is a full-time role on a permanent contract, subject to a three-month probationary period. Salary £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 per year based on experience and fit. Absolutely no recruitment agencies please and let us know if you have applied before.
