The Opportunity & Your Role:

• As a Family Physician, you will become an integral member of dynamic teams committed to delivering patient‑focused, forward‑thinking healthcare.
• You will provide comprehensive and continuous primary medical care to patients of all ages, from diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses to preventative care and health education.
• You’ll be responsible for conducting thorough physical examinations, ordering and interpreting necessary diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications.
• Collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals and the diligent maintenance of patient records are key aspects of this role.

Your Qualifications:

• To be considered for this role, you must hold an M.D. or equivalent medical degree and be eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Certification in the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) or a recognized equivalent is also required.
