We're looking for a motivated and organised Operator Recruiter to join a well-established company at the forefront of the UK's plant hire industry. In this role, you'll play a vital part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled operators—ensuring projects across the country run smoothly and efficiently. Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 6:00pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays – 7:30am to 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and supply self-drive plant operators to meet daily requirements.
  • Register and onboard new operators, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Conduct background checks, verify references, and check all operator cards and qualifications.
  • Support day-to-day operational planning by ensuring all roles are covered.
  • Coordinate operator availability and help plan resources for the following day.
  • Respond to operator and client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing operators, maintaining regular contact.
