The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy recycling and processing site. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee all site activities, including wash plant operations, crushing, screening, loading, stockpiling and yard management. You will be responsible for ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in line with production targets while leading a team of Supervisors, Operators and Site Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven operational leader looking to join a growing business where they can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the daily running of the site, including yard operations, wash plant, crushing, screening and loading activities.
- Plan and coordinate daily workloads to maximise productivity and operational efficiency.
- Manage site layout, traffic flow, stockpiling and loading operations to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high operational standards.
