The Role:
We are looking for a candidate that can make their mark and achieve team goals. Here’s how:
- Lead and oversee QA operations across all production lines, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Manage the on-site quality team, providing mentorship, training, and leadership.
- Develop and implement quality processes, procedures, and systems to support efficient and compliant manufacturing
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor in-process controls and resolve quality issues swiftly.
- Oversee the review and approval of batch records, deviations, and CAPAs to ensure timely product release.
- Conduct regular audits of operations, facilities, and systems to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Support regulatory inspections and customer audits, serving as a point of contact for quality-related queries.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational quality.
About You:
- Proven experience in a QA leadership role within a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes for solids, semi-solids, liquids, and powders.
- Excellent understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and industry quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive improvements, and manage complex quality systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
